Dingle Hospital (2009) in association with O’Sullivan Campbell Architects, Tralee, Co. Kerry.

BHA produced the Fire Certificate documentation for this new 72 bed hospital project in 2003 which provides care for the following patients:

• extended care and special care dementia,
• convalescent/rehabilitation, hospice, G.P. admission, respites
• a day care centre for older people
• mental health day centre

Fatima Nursing Home, Tralee (2009) in association with O’Sullivan Campbell Architects,Tralee, Co.Kerry.

BHA assisted O’Sullivan Campbell Architects in procuring the Fire safety Certificate for the new extensions to the existing Nursing Home in August 2005.

The new extensions consisted of alterations and extensions to 7 different blocks of the building with a total extended area of up to 2,500m2. The building was completed in 2009.

HSE Healthcare Facility Fitout at Level’s 6 & 7 of the Parkpoint Develoment, Castletroy Limerick (2009) in association with Healy & Partners Architects, Limerick .

BHA obtained the Fire Certificate for the HSE fitout which consisted of providing a mixture of open plan & cellular offices at level 6 and also providing an open plan office layout with mailing room, cloaks area & stores at level 7 from the original fire certificate which BHA also obtained.
