Richard McElligott & Associates Tralee- Brendan has worked on a number of projects with us, including the renovations to St. Michaels Church, Lixnaw, Co. Kerry, new proposed offices for Carrick Brennan Credit Union in Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, and numerous commercial and residential premises in Tralee and around the County.
The services carried out by Brendan’s office included advice regarding fire safety issues at preliminary, sketch scheme stage, and progressed to a Fire Safety Certificate application with subsequent monitoring of the work and culminated in certification at completion of the project.
